It showed up later than I expected—well, not super late, but definitely not fast. Everything arrived safe and in good shape though, so overall it was okay...

When it showed up, the box looked rough. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, but it came across kind of messy and cheap, which made the whole thing feel a little disappointing right from the start.

I ordered from osswaldnyc.com and I’m a little on the fence. The packaging looked decent, so maybe I’m overthinking it, but the product itself didn’t quite feel like what I expected for the price. I’m not saying it’s definitely not authentic or anything, I just didn’t get that confident feeling when I opened it. Shipping was totally fine, no issues there, but has anyone else felt the same way? I don’t think I’d rush to order again unless I felt more sure...

I emailed with a sizing question and, i could tell quickly they had their act together. They replied fast and actually answered my question instead of sending some generic copy-paste thing. It made ordering way less stressful, and my snap judgment is I’d definitely use them again...

Osswald NYC has a great fragrance selection, especially if you’re into perfumes that aren’t on every department store shelf. I found a few brands I basically never see anywhere else, which was actually exciting. The site was easy to use too, so no complaints there. That said, the prices are definitely not cheap, but I get it, that’s kind of the reality with niche perfumes. My main gripe is the sample options. Like, if I’m going to spend that much on a bottle, I really wish there were more ways to try things first. Still a good experience overall, but yeah, that part was annoying
